You should carry ONLY the essentials, so your backpack is light for the successfull round trip.

· Between 30 - 40 L backpack

· Hiking boots (ankle protection)

· Socks & underwear for 4 days

· Breathable T-shirts (2 or 3)

· 1st layer thermic long sleeve

· Lightweight Polar Jacket or PrimaLoft

· Waterproof Lightweight Jacket

· 1st layer thin pants.

· Hiking poles

· Sun screen & lip balm

· Sunglasses

· Big Water bottle (1'5-2 L)

· Emergency blanket

· Energy bar or deshidrated fruits.

· Lunch for the 1st day

· Mountain Association/Federation Card (if you have such)

· Toiletry personal bag

· Sleeping bag lightweight liner (optional)
